The Dentist
Today I went to the dentist for the very first time. There was a bit of a wait so I passed the time by reading a book in the waiting room.
When it was my turn, my dentist, Dr. Nita Pai, let me lie down on a fancy winged bed and gave me a brand new toothbrush to practice with.
Dr. Pai thought I was cute – I’m sure of it 
She told Mum and I that my teeth are really good. My teeth were polished before I was given the all-clear and told to come back in six months for my next check-up.
After my appointment, I had time to relax in the waiting room again and practice a bit more with my new toothbrush.
I’ll be back in six months.
