My second Easter – and it’s confirmed – I’m still a chocoholic.
I spent the night before Easter at Godmother Linda’s house. We had pasta with Bolognese sauce (one of my favourites) and I loved it!
Now Bolognese can be a bit messy – so lucky Godmother Linda has the deepest bath around – I should have brought my snorkel, but all Linda had was a watering can.
I knew today was going to be busy, so it was off to bed to get some sleep for the big Easter Egg hunt.
When I woke on Easter morning, I got stuck straight into breakfast. People like to line their stomach with milk before a big night on the drink. Well it’s sort of the same with me because I like to line my stomach with toast before a big day on the chocolate.
When it was time for the hunt, Grandma was on the case, helping me find those elusive chocolate eggs in my backyard.
The best bit was enjoying the spoils of my victorious search and hiding away where I could have all the chocolate to myself.
Because let’s face it – you can’t beat a chocolate high.
