My First Swimming Lesson

Today was a BIG day! First of all it was Valentine’s Day, secondly it was Mum and Dad’s second Wedding Anniversary and last but not least, I had my first ever swimming lesson!

Dad and I got into our cossies and hopped into the pool to get used to the water before my lesson started.

Unfortunately, we only managed two photos before the battery went flat on the camera (oh well, there’s always next week).

When we were ready, Dad and I got into the big pool and my swimming instructor - Nicole - took me and showed Dad and I what to do. It was easy and so much fun. I was kicking and splashing and going completely under water.

I can’t wait until next week for my next lesson, and I hope Mum is ready, because this time it’s her turn to get in the pool with me.
